A qualifying referral must introduce a new potential customer who is not already in an active PoseIQ commercial conversation or pipeline. Referral eligibility is confirmed by PoseIQ. The 10% referral commission applies to the qualifying customer's first cleared payment and becomes payable after funds are received and cleared by PoseIQ. Refunds, reversals and applicable taxes may affect the commission amount. Product Specialist eligibility requires five qualifying new paying customers within a three-month period and remains subject to PoseIQ approval and a separate agreement. Referral participation does not create an employment, partnership, agency or authority to represent PoseIQ.
